Embodied Practice
Movement, Breathe, and Meditation
Vedantic & Tantric Traditions of the Himalayan Region - Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriya,
Mantra, & more

About
As the sun began to rise and the temple chants started to quiet, our Guru Ji was urgently having us write down every single step of our practice. It was our last day in Varanasi. "Do this every morning for one year," he said, "then you come back and I will begin to teach you about the mind".
That was over 8 years ago, and I didn't stick to Ji's plan exactly, but I definitely kept practicing. India had shown me that life holds a depth I’d barely begun to sense, and I was drawn to keep uncovering the sacred wisdom that drifts, almost tangibly, through its air.
And with devotion to deepen my practice (and a longing to return to India), I recently set myself into the foothills of the Himalaya, completing a 200 hour teacher training where I spent months along the Ganga - early mornings of prayer & meditation, insights & understandings, and many many journals, I felt a return to that initial wonder and awe India had revealed to me.

Practice
The philosophical and spiritual teachings of the Vedic, Tantric, & Yogic traditions are transformational and expansive - offering deeper levels of clarity, understanding, and connection. With love and respect, it has been an honor to begin to share these practices.
I offer an integrative approach that weaves together breath work, kriya, mantra, meditation, & embodied movement. Approaching the practice with a lighthearted and devotional respect, I invite students into a playful and blissful exploration of self.

Offerings
Sacred Space: Private & Group Yoga
Rooted in the sacred wisdom that touched me in India, my one-on-one and group classes offer an exploration into presence, balance, and inner awakening. Space to return to yourself — to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of the body.
Creative Expression: Yoga & Art Workshops
Born from my own experience, these workshops weave together movement, meditation, and intuitive art-making. Each session begins with a gentle yoga practice that flows into guided meditation and visualization, opening space for quiet insight and inspiration. From there, we move into silent journaling and drawing — allowing symbols, impressions, and images to arise naturally — before exploring hands-on creation with the chosen medium for the workshop, translating inner experience into tangible form.
